Eating for Health: Weight & Energy

Hi friends! I have had the luxury of teaching a free class at Natural Grocers for the past month. I have been teaching on macronutrients, sustainability, whole foods, energy, weight management and much more. I absolutely love it. I get to teach people the importance of nutrition and wellness for an entire hour on Saturdays! What a blessing, am I right? Anyways, I have one more class that will be this coming Saturday and after that I will offer classes as one of my services so that is going to be a ton of fun. I hope to continue to teach some classes at Natural Grocers just to keep up-to-date and because I simply LOVE it. I had lots of people ask if I could post the slides from my last presentation, so here is a little sneak peak of what the class was like :) I hope you enjoy!

I had quite a few people wanting to talk after class and as much as I would love to sit and talk to everyone for hours, I simply cannot do that.
